These Terms of Service govern your use of the RG Towing website and our towing and roadside assistance services. By calling us, using our chat assistant, submitting a callback form, or otherwise requesting service, you agree to these terms.

RG Towing Service LLC provides 24/7 towing and roadside assistance in Lucas and the surrounding Collin County area, including: emergency towing, flatbed towing, wrecker and accident recovery, jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, fuel delivery, battery service, motorcycle towing, and commercial/medium-duty towing. We take service requests by phone call only — there is no online booking.

When you call 469-290-3536, we dispatch the closest available truck and give you a realistic ETA. Posted arrival estimates (such as "15–30 min average ETA") are typical local response times, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, distance, and truck availability can affect actual arrival time.

We quote the full rate over the phone before we roll the truck. Because every job is different (distance, vehicle size, winch-out needs, time of day), final pricing is confirmed by phone. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We may coordinate directly with your motor club (e.g., AAA) or insurance when applicable. We do not publish a fixed price list, and we do not guarantee any third-party quote.

You may cancel a service request at no charge any time before the tow truck arrives at your location. If the truck has already been dispatched and has arrived, a trip fee may apply. Please call us as soon as possible if your situation changes.

We take reasonable care to transport your vehicle safely and without damage. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, prior mechanical failures, or damage that occurs as a result of a vehicle's existing condition (for example, a failing suspension, broken frame, or non-operable brakes). We are not liable for personal items left inside a vehicle. Any claim for damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of the tow.

You are responsible for your own safety while waiting on the roadside. Follow standard roadside safety procedures — move to a safe location if possible, stay aware of traffic, and call 911 first if you are in immediate danger. You must provide accurate location and vehicle information so we can dispatch the right truck, and you must be present (or arrange access) at the agreed pickup and drop-off locations.

Our website and chat assistant are provided to help you request service and get information. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or use the chat for any unlawful purpose. We may update or change the website at any time without notice.

If you submit a review or testimonial through our site, you grant us permission to display it on our website and in marketing materials. You confirm that your submission is your own honest opinion and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RG Towing Service LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a service request is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the updated terms.
