Question 1

What areas does RG Towing cover?

Accepted Answer

We are based at 190 Stinson Rd in Lucas, TX and cover Lucas, Allen, Fairview, Wylie, Parker, McKinney, Plano, and greater Collin County. Our average local arrival time is 15–30 minutes. For long-distance transport outside this area, call us and we'll let you know if we can help.

Question 2

What services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

24/7 emergency towing, flatbed towing (AWD, EV, luxury, and classic cars), wrecker and accident recovery, jump starts, car lockouts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, motorcycle and specialty towing, and commercial / medium-duty towing for work trucks and RVs.

Question 3

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Call anytime and we will dispatch the closest available truck to your location.

Question 4

How much does a tow cost?

Accepted Answer

We give you the full rate upfront over the phone before we roll the truck — no surprise fees. Because every job is different (distance, vehicle size, winch-out needs), please call 469-864-0370 for an honest quote tailored to your situation.

Question 5

What payment types do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We offer upfront, honest pricing with no hidden surcharges. For the specific payment options accepted on your tow, please call our dispatch line and we'll confirm before dispatching the truck.

Question 6

Do you take AAA or motor-club dispatch?

Accepted Answer

Please call us directly to confirm whether we can take your specific motor-club or warranty dispatch. Calling our direct line is always the fastest way to get a truck rolling — motor-club routing can add delays.

Question 7

Can you tow my RV, commercial truck, or motorcycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our heavy-duty Ram fleet handles commercial box trucks, dually pickups, work vans, and medium RVs, and we have dedicated wheel chocks and soft straps for motorcycles, ATVs, and specialty vehicles.

Question 8

Can you tow to my specific mechanic or body shop?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We will transport your vehicle directly to your preferred repair shop, dealership, body shop, or home anywhere in our coverage area. Just give us the shop name and address when you call.

Question 9

Do you use flatbed towing for AWD and electric vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AWD, 4x4, electric, luxury, and lowered vehicles are transported on our hydraulic rollback flatbeds so your drivetrain and suspension never touch the road — 100% damage-free, soft-strap securing.

Question 10

How does dispatch work? Do I book online?

Accepted Answer

We take jobs by phone call only — no online booking. Call 469-864-0370, tell us your location, vehicle, and what's wrong, and we dispatch the closest truck immediately with a realistic ETA. You can also use the chat assistant or callback form for non-emergency requests.

Question 11

What should I do while I wait for the tow truck?

Accepted Answer

Stay safe first. Turn on your hazard lights, stay inside your vehicle with your seatbelt on if you are on a busy road, and only move to the shoulder if it is safe to do so. If you are in danger or there has been a collision, call 911 first, then call us. Note nearby cross-streets or mile markers so dispatch can find you fast.
