To dispatch a truck and provide roadside service, we may collect:

• Contact details — your name and phone number (collected by phone call, text, the chat assistant, or the callback form).
• Location — your breakdown location, cross-streets, or highway mile marker so we can reach you.
• Vehicle information — year, make, model, and what's wrong (e.g., dead battery, flat tire, collision) so we send the right truck.
• Destination — where the vehicle needs to go (repair shop, home, etc.).
• Review submissions — your name, city, rating, and review text if you choose to leave one through our site.

We use the information you give us only to:

• Dispatch the closest tow truck and give you a realistic ETA.
• Contact you about your service request and follow up after the job.
• Send a text confirmation and, later, a review request.
• Coordinate with your insurance, motor club, or repair shop if needed.
• Improve our service and respond to your questions.

We do not use your information to profile you, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

When you call 469-290-3536, your phone number is captured by our phone system and CRM for dispatch and follow-up. If we miss your call, our system may send an automatic text-back so you can share your location and get help faster. Our website chat assistant collects the same details (name, phone, location, vehicle, problem) and sends them to our CRM so a dispatcher can follow up — even after hours.

We use a customer relationship management (CRM) platform to store your request, send text confirmations, and manage follow-ups. Our CRM provider processes your data on our behalf as a service provider and is bound to protect it. We share only the minimum information needed to run dispatch and follow-up.

Our website may use basic analytics and conversion tracking (for example, to measure form submissions and call clicks) to improve the site. We do not run intrusive tracking or sell browsing data to advertisers. Any third-party tracking is governed by that provider's privacy policy.

We keep your service request information for as long as needed to complete the job, handle billing or insurance, and respond to follow-up questions — and then for a reasonable period afterward for records. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure. We limit access to your data to the employees and service providers who need it to dispatch and complete your tow.
